Our founder's career spans technical sales, partner enablement, digital transformation leadership, and recruitment.

Before entering talent acquisition, we worked across AI, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies, partnering with CTOs, architects, engineering leaders, and senior stakeholders to shape technology strategies and future-state operating models.

Alongside this commercial and technical experience, we have led complex transformation initiatives within regulated and multi-stakeholder environments, operating as Programme Directors. From defining Target Operating Models and redesigning processes to governing large-scale change programmes and aligning executive stakeholders, they understand what successful transformation truly requires.
